Kul’Tiras I could argue is far better off after the Fourth War than it was before. Stormwind is still intact land-wise, although supposedly drained as hell by the war. It happened with Rastakhan, who had no heirs until the plot focused on him and demanded that he has a heir in the “newcomer” Talanji, and it can happen with Danath if they decide so. Besides, should they decide some time in the future to focus again on Stromgarde and/or Danath, if that plot dictates that Danath has a heir or that he should be replaced as king of Stromgarde by a Trollbane more marketable, then one will appear. At this point is time, Stromgarde is rebuilt and firmly in Alliance hands. While thriving is obviously a stretch, being rebuilt and (supposedly) supported by the Three Hammers leaves Stromgarde in a far better position compared to the ruin that was before, if we take the Alliance controlled version of the warfront as any indication.ĭanath being old or not having heirs is besides the point. The process to get back on feet takes years, unless there is some serious outside help. So I wonder how any nation is currently thriving atm. Stormwind is spent, war consumed almost all of their resources. Ahead, the epic evolution of Daenerys Targaryen.Arathi thriving? It’s glorified garrison made by Stormwind’s money, with king that has no heirs and is about to kick a bucket. So, before the Dragon Queen journeys to King's Landing with what's left of her army, and presumably Jon Snow Aegon Targaryen (Kit Harington) by her side, we should revisit exactly how far Daenerys has come - because, wow, it's been a long road. After all, some of the most telling clues in Game of Thrones hide in the characters' signature styles: While Jon Snow's man bun and Arya Stark's (Maisie Williams) half-up style pay homage to their late father, Daenerys' growing braids tell of her incredible victories and equally formative losses. Regardless of where your house loyalty currently lies, you can't deny that Daenerys' character arc is one of the best in and out of Westeros, and her evolving look proves it. No one really anticipated that she would meet an untimely death in the North, but Game of Thrones fans also didn't expect what's coming next to happen so soon: Daenerys setting sail to reclaim the Iron Throne. With the Battle of Winterfell officially won, Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) has made it out of the Long Night relatively unscathed.
